Banana Yogurt

1/2 of a banana
1/2 tbsp of orange jam 
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1. Slice half of a banana into 30 fine slices.
2. Mix banana, orange jam, and yogurt together in a bowl.

Makes 1 serving.
