Barcelona Brussel Sprouts

2 cups brussel sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp agridulce pimentón (Spanish paprika)

1. Sautée chopped brussel sprouts in olive oil.
2. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle vinegar over the top. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.

Makes 4 servings.
