Black Bean Hummus

1 can low sodium black beans, drained
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp minced garlic
2 sprigs cilantro
2 tsp ground cumin
black pepper to taste
1. Place drained beans into a food processor and process on medium for 1 minute, or until the beans are fully processed.
2. Add lemon juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, and black pepper. Process for an additional 30 seconds, or until ingredients are fully incorporated. 

Makes 12 servings. 1 serving is 2 tbsp.
