1 grilled or roasted chicken breast
2 celery branches
2 boiled eggs
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 tbsp sweet onion, chopped
1/2 tbsp Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 tbsp curry powder
pepper to taste
1. Dice the chicken breast, mince the celery branches, and chop the boiled eggs.
2. Mix chopped eggs, mayonnaise, curry powder, and pepper together. Add in chopped onion, minced celery, diced chicken, and raisins.
Makes 2 servings.
If you are concerned about bad fat, try using low fat mayonnaise.
