2oz fresh cilantro (about 2 cups)
3 cloves garlic
6 tbsp cider vinegar
1 jalapeño pepper
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp cumin
dash of salt
1. In a blender, blend together the vinegar, garlic, onion, cumin, jalapeño, and salt until liquified.
2. Add cilantro leaves and blend again until smooth.
3. Pour into a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Makes 8, 2 tbsp servings.
