DIY Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 tsp dijon mustard
dash black pepper
dash Tabasco sauce
dash yuzu juice (substitute: lime juice)
1 tbsp red wine vinegar 
1/2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
1. First mix dijon mustard with black pepper.
2. combine with tabasco, yuzu juice, and red wine.
3. Add in olive oil.
4. Toss with salad

Makes 1 serving.
