DIY Vinaigrette

1 tsp dijon mustard
dash black pepper
dash Tabasco sauce
dash yuzu juice (substitute: lime juice)
1 tbsp red wine vinegar 
1/2 tbsp olive oil

1. First mix dijon mustard with black pepper.
2. combine with tabasco, yuzu juice, and red wine.
3. Add in olive oil.
4. Toss with salad

Makes 1 serving.
