1/2 cup high-fiber cereal
1/2 cup skim milk
1 square dark chocolate
1. Place fiber cereal and raspberries with the chocolate square on top in the microwave until the chocolate melts, about 30-40 seconds. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
2. Mix chocolate and cereal together until the cereal is coated evenly. Allow to cool for a minute.
3. Stir in milk and flatten bars. Allow to finish cooling.
