Grilled Halibut & Tomato Sauce

1 fillet halibut
1 tomato
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Herbes de Provence (savory, basil, thyme, lavender, fennel)
salt and pepper to taste
1. Season halibut with 1/2 tsp Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper. Grill until cooked. 
2. While grilling, sautée tomato in 1/2 tsp Herbes de Provence, olive oil, and salt and pepper. 
3. Server together.

Makes 1 serving.
