Low Calorie Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

12oz boneless skinless chicken breast (3 servings)
1 cup fat free sour cream 
2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
4 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
3 tbsp Frank's Original Hot Sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper

1. Rub the chicken breast in the garlic pepper, onion pepper, and pepper. Grill the chicken breasts until completely cooked.
2. Shred the chicken breast into fine pieces.
3. In a serving bowl, mix the sour cream, cream cheese, ranch dip, and hot sauce together until completely incorporated. Mix in the shredded chicken breast. 

Makes 9 Servings. Each serving is 1/3 cup, or 5 tbsp. 

To keep this dip healthy and authentic, serve with celery or carrots.
