Redefine Cocktail Hour with low-calorie shrimp cocktail sauce. Dress the shrimp your serve on a bed of lettuce, complete with a drizzle of this sauce.
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
dash salt
4 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp vinegar
dash pepper
2 tbsp horseradish
1/4 cup lime Juice
1 tbsp Tabasco
1 tbsp Tabasco
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Thoroughly incorporate, and add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Dress shrimp with a drizzle of sauce, or allow for dipping.
Yields 2/3 cup, or 6 2-tbsp servings.
