Microwave Banana Baked Oatmeal

1/2 cup dry oatmeal
1 cup hot water
1/2 banana, mashed
1 egg white
1 tsp cinnamon
1. Place dry oatmeal in a microwave safe container. Add 1 cup of hot water and let sit for 5 minutes. If you like your oatmeal more or less watery, adjust the amount of water you add. 
2. Stir in mashed banana, cinnamon, and egg white until all ingredients are completely incorporated.
3. Place in the microwave for 1 minute intervals until the consistency is spongey. (Make sure your ingredients don't fill your container more than 2/3 of the way full. If they do, your oatmeal may spill over in the microwave.)

Makes 1 serving.
