Perfect Sunny Side Up

Instead of cracking the egg directly into the pan, separate the egg and the egg yolk (being careful not to break the yolk!) into two separate bowls. Whip the egg white until it become frothy and place into a hot pan. Quickly and gently put the egg yolk atop the cooking egg white. Finish cooking and enjoy!

Makes 1 serving.
