Piquant Fruit Salad

1 medium pineapple
4 medium green apples
2 cups raspberries
3 tbsp unsweetened coconut shavings
1/4 cup almonds, sliced
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1. Cut the pineapple and the apple into cubed pieces. 
2. In a large serving bowl, mix together the pineapple, apple, and raspberries. Pour in lime juice.
3. Mix in almonds, coconut shavings, and cayenne pepper.

Makes 16 servings.
