Rotisserie Chicken

1 whole chicken
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1. Remove the little bag inside that contains the liver, neck, etc.
2. Wash the chicken in warm water and dry with paper towels.
3. Add salt and pepper to the outside.
4. Place the chicken in a rotating rotisserie for 90 minutes.

Yields 4, 4oz servings.
If you are watching your Bad Fat intake, try eating the chicken without the skin. If you are watching your Salt intake, use less salt and more pepper, or try using a different flavoring like lemon juice or garlic.
