Shrimp-Dressed Avocado

1 avocado
3 shrimp, cooked
1/2 tsp basil
vinegar, salt, & pepper to taste
1. Cut the avocado in half. Separate and pit it.
2. Cut the shrimp into pieces and fill the avocado with the pieces.
3. Season the avocados to taste with basil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Makes 2 servings.
