Summer Lunch Salad

Ingredients
2 cup red leaf lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
1 cucumber, pealed and sliced
1 chicken breast, chopped
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella
1 tsp minced mint
1 tsp minced basil

 Instructions
Toss all ingredients together in a serving bowl.

Makes 2 servings.
