2 slices whole wheat bread
3 slices roast beef (lean cuts)
2 slices pepper jack cheese
3 slices tomato
3 leafs of lettuce
2 slices red onion
3 slices avocado
4 slices red pepper
Place all ingredients on the sandwich and toast until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.

Makes 2 servings.

Be careful when choosing your roast beef and pepper jack cheese! Be sure to select leaner cuts of meat that are low in sodium, and lower fat varieties of cheese.
