Voilà! Vinaigrette

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp walnut oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients together. If the consistency is too runny, add more mustard. If it is too thick, add more red wine vinegar. 

Makes 6, 1 tbsp servings
