May is National Barbecue Month!

Share it now.

That means it’s time to celebrate graduations, Mother’s Day, warm weather, and more.

BBQing has gotten a bad rap over the years, but that just means you need to make smart, healthy choices when grilling, the Bon’App way:

  •       Choose only lean cuts of meat or fish to grill. This will reduce the amount of fat that can possibly come into contact with the grill flames, which causes unhealthy reactions.
  •       Clean your grill after every barbecue to avoid unhealthy buildup.
  •       Incorporate lots of vegetables into your meal plan (more on this soon).

These 3 simple steps will make your barbecue a healthier, cleaner, and brighter event.

Happy Healthy Eating!
