Carrot Pineapple Smoothie
Makes 2 Servings
1/2 banana
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
½ cup ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend till smooth.

Honeydew-Kiwifruit
Smoothie
Makes 3 Servings
2 cups honeydew
1 Granny Smith apple
1 peeled kiwifruit
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup ice cubes
Cut up honeydew, apple, and kiwifruit, combine all
ingredients in blender, and blend till smooth.
