Healthy Options at Pizza Hut

Pizza gets a bad rep as a diet killer, but there are plenty of healthy options available. Pizza Hut, Bon’App’s top searched pizza chain, even has a Fit ‘n Delicious menu at some locations which makes choosing the best slice easier than ever. Let’s take a look at some of the best (and not-so-great) pizza options available nation-wide. All information is per one slice. 

Best Options:
Veggie Lover's 12" Medium Thin 'n Crispy Pizza

If you are looking for more protein, try a slice of the Pepperoni and Mushroom 12" Medium Thin n' Crispy Pizza.

 Not Quite As Good Options:
Supreme 6" Personal Pan Pizza

 None of Pizza Hut's Personal Pan Pizzas had fewer than 550 Calories, and the Meat Lover's topped the list at 830 Calories!

The Meat Lover’s pizza ranked highest in fat and calories in each category (thin crust, hand tossed, personal pizza, etc.) so Bon’App recommends that you indulge in that option sparingly.
